Closing from the outside

Do not leave the key in the luggage compart-
ment. You could otherwise lock yourself out.
Long-wheelbase van and long-wheel-
base station wagon
Close the rear door.
Insert the key into the door lock.
Turn the key clockwise.
The rear door is locked.

Opening and closing
Press gently against door 2 in the di-
rection of the arrow and hold it there to
release retainer 1.
Pull retainer 1 to the stop in the direc-
tion of the arrow.
Close the door.
Insert the key into the door lock and
turn the key anti-clockwise.
The door is locked.
