Trailer towing*
Trailer power supply
Depending on the equipment fitted, your
vehicle has a 12-pin (24V) and/or a 7-pin
(12V) trailer power socket.
The 12-pin trailer power socket is
equipped at the factory with a continuous
power supply facility.
The continuous power supply facility is on
trailer socket assignment K.

You can connect accessories with a power
draw of up to 360 W to the continuous power
supply.

The power supply must not be used to re-
charge trailer batteries.
For further information about installing
trailer electronics, please consult a quali-
fied specialist workshop, e.g. a
Mercedes-Benz Service Centre.
