Use this menu to look at basic device information and LAN interface settings. See
on page 85

DESCRIPTION
For the WAN port, this field depends on the encapsulation.
For Ethernet encapsulation:
Down - line is down
Up - line is up or connected
For PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE) encapsulation:
Down - line is down
Up - line is up or connected
Idle - line (ppp) idle
Dial - starting to trigger a call
Drop - dropping a call
For the LAN port, this field displays one of the following values:
Down - there are no LAN connections
Up - line is at least one LAN connection
For the WLAN port, this field displays one of the following values:
Down - the wireless interface is disabled
Up - the wireless interface is enabled
This field displays the number of packets transmitted on this port.
This field displays the number of packets received on this port.
This is the number of collisions on this port.
This field displays the number of bytes transmitted in the last second.
This field displays the number of bytes received in the last second.
This field displays the amount of time this port has been up.
This field displays the ZyXEL Device's ports.
This field displays the MAC address of this port.
This field displays the IP address currently assigned to this port.
This field displays the subnet mask currently assigned to this port.
This field displays the DHCP role the ZyXEL Device plays on this port.
This is the total time the ZyXEL Device has been on.
This is the system name and domain name, used for identification purposes.
This field displays the type of routing the ZyXEL Device uses.
This is the ZyNOS Firmware version and the date created. ZyNOS is ZyXEL's
proprietary Network Operating System design.
Enter the number of the command you would like to perform, and press
[ENTER]. You might not see the number appear, but the command will work.
for background information. To open this menu, enter 1 in menu 24.2.
