When the SCM first powers up it performs a self-test. All LEDs illuminate red, then yellow, then
green. Next the LEDs may cycle from top to bottom several more times during the self-test.
When the self-test is complete, all LEDs on all modules reflect their true status. Refer to
Panel LEDs" on page 54.
NOTICE
If a hardware failure is detected at startup, the LEDs flash in a

circular pattern.
If only A or B power is supplied, the SCM reports a MINOR alarm
♦
for single power failure. If single-feed power is supplied, the power
cabling should be connected to both A and B terminals.
NOTE
To test the LEDs, press and hold the Alarm Cut Off (
After three seconds, all LEDs on the chassis should turn yellow.
