DS3SM Provisioning

Use this Provisioning procedure to provision the DS3SM (P/N 1184567L1) In Service.
NOTE
The DS3SM has no provisionable features to affect how the module
performs its functions. Service State, Restore Factory Defaults, and
Software Upgrade are the only features in the Provisioning menu.
To provision the DS3SM to IS, complete the following steps:
