Table 64. Access Privileges by Level

Privileges
An ADMIN-level account possesses full access to applicable system menus,
other than menus reserved for ADTRAN Technical Support.
An ADMIN-level account can delete any account (except itself), including default
accounts, and can terminate other user sessions.
The CONFIG level of access privileges includes most of the same rights as the
ADMIN rights level (above), but lacks access to the System Administration menu.
The CONFIG level of access privileges is not assigned to any of the default
accounts, but can be manually assigned to an account.
A READONLY-level account possesses read-only access to the system menus.
No settings can be changed.
A READWRITE-level account possesses read-write access to most provisioning
items on the individual modules, for configuring the OPTI-6100 system.
No changes can be made to Security Options, Network Management, SNMP or
TL1 settings, or port assignments and configuration.
The TEST level of access privileges is reserved for future development, and
should not be used. The SCM includes a TEST account by default, also reserved
for future use.
