set signaling-group

This command upgrades secondary D-channel in specified signaling groups to
primary D-channels. Current primary D-channel then revert to secondary
D-channels.
A signaling group is a collection of B-channels that designate single D-channels or
a set of D-channels signals over an ISDN-PRI.
