SETTING MODE
ENABLE/DISABLE SETTINGS
The following settings enables or disables certain functions.
Printer Condition Settings
Disable Blank Page Print
Disables to print a blank page.
USER CONTROL
Disabling of Printing by Invalid User
Printing by users whose information is not stored in the machine, such as printing without
entering valid user information in the printer driver or printing of a file on an FTP server in
Setting mode (Web version), can be prohibited.
Operation Settings
Cancel Auto Clear Timer
Disables the Auto Clear mode.
Disabling of Job Priority Operation
The job priority function can be disabled. If disabled, the [Priority] key is not shown on the job
status screen.
Disabling of Bypass Printing
Disables bypass printing (printing other jobs ahead of a job that has been stopped
the paper required for the job is not in any of the trays).
* This option is ignored when paper runs out during the job.
Disable Auto Key Repeat
Disables the Auto Key Repeat function.
Disabling of Clock Adjustment
Disables the date and time from being changed.
Disabling of Covers/Inserts Mode
Disables the use of the covers and inserts function.
