Meaning
• Specifies whether or not to hold the output value
OFF : No-hold
when a range over occurs for the S.IN instruction
ON : Hold
range check.
• Specifies whether or not the output value is held
OFF : No-hold
when a range over occurs for the S.OUT instruction
ON : Hold
range check.
