"PARAMETER ERROR (3006)" is also detected if an error occurs in intelligent function module
mounting check or buffer memory capacity check.
* 3 : Only when the specified number of transferred words is 1, an odd address can be specified.
POINT
It is recommended to mount the target modules of this function on the main base
unit.
(Access time to modules mounting on the main base unit is shorter than that on
the extension base unit.)
