U209 Setting date and time
Description
Sets the real time clock, which is used as a reference when correcting
drum time.
Purpose
To set the date and time after initializing data.
Method
1 Press the print key. The screen for executing is displayed. The current
setting for the year is displayed.
2 Set the year (last two digits of the year) using the numeric or Up/Down
keys and press the print key. The current setting for the month is
displayed.
3 Set the month using the numeric or Up/Down keys and press the print
key. The current setting for the date is displayed.
4 Set the date using the numeric or Up/Down keys and press the print
key. The current setting for the day of the week is displayed.
5 Set the day of the week using the numeric or Up/Down keys and press
the print key. The current time setting for hours is displayed.

6 Set the time (hours, 0 to 23) using the numeric or Up/Down keys and
press the print key. The current time setting for minutes is displayed.
7 Set the minutes using the numeric or Up/Down keys and press the print
key. Setting is complete, and the screen for selecting a maintenance
item No. is displayed.
Supplement
To return to the last screen, press the stop/clear key while setting.
Completion
To stop this maintenance item without changing the current setting, press
the stop/clear key at the screen for the year setting. The screen for
selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.
