The start moment i.e. The number of

Calling party number blocking mode
Used to manipulate the CBI blocking
indicator used in UK ISUP:-
0 – If present transit the blocking
indication otherwise set it to indicate
no blocking information.
1 – If present transit the blocking
indication otherwise set it to indicate
blocking available.
2 – Set the blocking indicator to no
blocking information.
3 – Set the blocking indicator to
blocking available.
