The password-aaa-policy command assigns the AAA policy to perform
authentication of user names and passwords provided to the FTP server by the

Guidelines
The port command specifies the port that is monitored by the FTP service. This
port is the port on which FTP control connections can be established. This port
does not control the TCP port that is used for the data connections. If the FTP
client uses the FTP PASV command, data connections will use an arbitrary, unused
TCP port.

require-tls

Controls whether FTP control connections require TLS encryption.
