Guidelines
The use-version command indicates whether the subscription service can query the
registry for the version of a WSDL file. The WSRR registry maintains a Version
attribute for WSDL files. This attribute is a user-defined suffix that identifies
different versions of a WSDL file. For example, subsequent versions of a WSDL file
could be identifies as 1.1 or 2. If enabled, the value for the version command must
match exactly the Version attribute.
v If disabled and there are multiple versions of the file in the registry, the
