Guidelines
The service nagle command enables or disables the Nagle slow packet avoidance
algorithm. By default, the algorithm is enabled.

In XML Manager configuration mode, you can configure the target Web Service
Monitor to perform WSDL-aware monitoring.
Use the no service-monitor command to delete a Web Services Monitor.
