6. Click Refresh now to refresh the embedded Web pages and apply the new settings to
the Player window. The Live View dialog box closes and the Web page is refreshed.
If the selected browser plugin is installed on the computer, the Preview window

displays the live view stream.
If the selected browser plugin is not installed, a note appears directly below the
•
Preview window indicating the plugin is not available. The note includes a link to the
Web page (as noted in step 2) where you can obtain the plugin.

Advanced Features

In the Advanced Features page within Configuration, a user with administrator
privileges can do the following things:
• Set the SMP 351 to run a Web browser client application for direct control on site when
a network-connected computer is not available.
Upload a plugin application to add functions and configuration options, then use the
•
plugin to configure features of the SMP 351.
These settings are available only via this page. They cannot be set via the front panel.
To open this page, click Configuration>Advanced Features. You may need to scroll
the page to the right or scroll the second tier of tabs to see Advanced Features at the far
right.
