Auto-Image & Fill— Fills the entire output window.
Auto-Image & Follow — Maintains the aspect ratio of the input for the output video.
NOTE: If overscan is applied, executing Auto-Image recalls default values for the
detected resolution from an internal table. When overscan is set to 0%, Auto-Image
attempts to detect sampling rates that differ from those in the table. Overscan can then
be reapplied once the image has been sized and centered properly.
Apply overscanning
The Overscan panel sets the amount (0, 2.5%, or 5%) of picture enlargement applied to
each video signal type for any SMPTE standard input.
Overscan is specific to each input signal type. This mode zooms and crops SMPTE inputs
to mask edge effects and ancillary data that are common in broadcast signals. If you
execute an Auto-Image with overscan enabled, the SMP 351 recalls the default values of
the detected input rate.

To set the overscan, in the Overscan panel select an overscan percentage (0.0%, 2.5%, or
5.0%) from the drop-down list associated with an input signal type (HDMI, SDI, composite
video, YUVi, and YUVp).
