INSPECTION OF INJECTORS
1. INSPECT INJECTOR INJECTION
CAUTION: Keep clear of sparks during the test.
(a) Disconnect the No.1 fuel pipe from the fuel return pipe
support.
(b) Connect SST (union) to the fuel return pipe suppot.

HINT: Use the vehicle's fuel support.
(c) Connect the fuel return hose to the pressure regula-
tor with SST (union), new gasket and union bolt.

(d) Connect SST (hose) to the pressure regulator with
SST (union).

(e) Connect SST (hose) to the injector.

(f) Put the injector into the graduated cylinder.
HINT: Install a suitable vinyl tube onto the injector to pre-
vent gasoline from splashing out.
(g) Connect the battery cable.
(h) Turn the ignition switch ON.
HINT: Do not start the engine.
