Scanner motor driver PCB
Motor drive sync clock pulses; when '1',
the motor is at rest. The motor starts to
rotate in response to clock pulses.
Used to switch the direction of motor rotation:
when '1', the scanner moves forward; when
'0', the scanner moves in reverse.
