1 Is the separation claw worn or
deformed?
2 Is the upper/lower roller deformed or
scratched?
3 Is the paper guide soiled with toner?
4 Is the height of the paper guide normal?
5 Is the lower roller pressure (nip) as
indicated?
6 Is the cleaning belt taken up normally?
7 Does each sensor lever move smoothly?
8 Are the external delivery sensor (PS10)
and the claw jam sensor (PS6) normal?
9 Is the delivery paper deflecting plate
oriented in the direction of delivery?
10 Does the delivery roller move
smoothly?

1 Is the duplexing reversal sensor (PS12)
normal?
2 Is the internal delivery paper sensor
(PS9) normal?
3 Does the delivery flapper move
correctly?
4 Does the reversing flapper move
correctly?
5 Does the reversal motor (M11) rotate at
