0,00÷0,10 mm.
Gioco assiale tamburo comando
forcelle nel basamento:
0,20÷0,30 mm.
In caso di montaggio di alberi
0,9 mm
cambio e tamburo comando forcelle
0.9 mm
nuovi è necessario determinare la
corretta spessorazione per ottenere
il gioco assiale prescritto. Per
agevolare l'operazione il costruttore
1,5 mm
consiglia gli spessori riportati in
1.5 mm
figura da montare come primo
tentativo.

Procedere poi al montaggio degli
alberi cambio completi, del
tamburo, degli alberi guida e delle
forcelle seguendo le indicazioni
riportate al capitolo "Chiusura
semicarter" della sezione E.
Importante
Quando si montano le viti di
fissaggio dei semicarter per
verificare la spessorazione, utilizzare

una vite di servizio al posto della vite
forata (1) in quanto quest'ultima è in
grado di resistere a 2 serraggi.
Se i giochi non sono in tolleranza
rimuovere gli alberi ed installare
rasamenti di spessore diverso.
Con gioco assiale degli alberi
corretto controllare, con cambio in
folle, che gli ingranaggi scorrevoli
risultino ben centrati rispetto a quelli
fissi. Verificare inoltre, innestando le
varie marce, che ci sia gioco tra
forcella e cava sull'ingranaggio. Se
così non risulta, mantenendo
inalterato lo spessore totale,
suddividere adeguatamente tale
quota tra lato frizione e lato catena.

SHAFTS AND THE FORK
SELECTOR DRUM
Axial clearance of the gearbox
shafts in the crankcase:
0.00-0.10 mm.
Axial clearance of the selector
drum in the crankcase:
0.20-0.30 mm.
When you fit new gearbox shafts
and fork selector drum it will be
necessary to recalculate the
shimming required to meet the
specified clearance.
To make this operation easier, the
manufacturer recommends to start
with the thickness values shown in
the figure.

Then refit the complete gearbox
shafts, drum, driving shafts and forks
according to the instructions given
in "Closing the casings" under
section E.
Caution
When you fit the casings to
check the shimming, do not use the
drilled crankcase retaining screw (1)
as this type of screw will only resist
2 tightening operations. Use a
service screw in place of the
screw (1).
If the clearances are not within
tolerance, remove the shafts and fit
shims of different sizes.
Continue until the correct axial play
is obtained. Next, with the gearbox
in neutral, check that the sliding
gears are perfectly centered on the
fixed gears. Engage gears and check
that there is sufficient play between
the selector fork and the slot on the
gear. If this is not the case, maintain
the same total shimming and divide
the shimming necessary between
the clutch side and the chain side.
