INGRANAGGIO ALBERO
MOTORE DELLA
TRASMISSIONE PRIMARIA
Raddrizzare la rosetta (1) di
1
sicurezza del dado di bloccaggio
ingranaggio sollevando la parte
ribadita sull'ingranaggio stesso ed
abbassando la parte ribadita sul
dado.
Montare sull'ingranaggio l'attrezzo
cod. 041.1.078.1A e bloccarne la
rotazione inserendo il mozzetto
sull'albero primario.
Utilizzando una chiave a bussola
con braccio sufficientemente lungo
allentare il dado di fissaggio
ingranaggio primario.
Rimuovere il dado, la rosetta di
sicurezza e l'ingranaggio ed il
distanziale dietro di esso.
CRANKSHAFT PRIMARY
DRIVE GEAR
Straighten the primary drive gear
retaining nut safety washer (1). Lift
the bent end on the gear and press
down the bent end over the nut.
Fit tool part no. 041.1.078.1A on
gear and prevent rotation inserting
the hub onto the primary shaft.
Using a socket spanner with
suitably long handle, loosen the
primary drive gear retaining nut.
Remove nut, safety washer, gear
and spacer.
