Ricomposizione motore
Engine reassembly
999RS04
Pulire da eventuali incrostazioni e
sgrassare le superfici di accoppia-
mento del semicarter sinistro e del
coperchio alternatore.
Montare le due boccole di
riferimento.
Applicare un cordone continuo e
uniforme di guarnizione liquida
THREE BOND sulla superfice del
coperchio, contornando i fori delle
viti e delle boccole di fissaggio.
Lubrificare con grasso l'estremità
dell'albero motore e dell'alberino
inserimento marce per facilitare
l'inserimento del coperchio ed
evitare di danneggiare l'anello di
tenuta, se rimane montato nel
coperchio.
Mentre si posiziona il coperchio
sul semicarter, muovere
leggermente le pulegge
distribuzione sull'albero di rinvio per
agevolare l'inserimento dell'alberino
di comando pompa.
Battere in più punti con martello in
gomma per aiutare l'inserimento del
coperchio negli alberi e nelle
boccole di centraggio.

rimuovere il coperchio, utilizzare

l'estrattore 88713.1435 applicato nei
fori filettati in corrispondenza
dell'albero motore.
Impuntare le viti di fissaggio
seguendo le indicazioni della tabella.

Serrare alla coppia prescritta le viti
di fissaggio.
Applicare Loctite 243 sulla
superficie esterna del paraolio e
inumidirne con alcool il labbro di
tenuta (come da nota generale).
Quindi inserire sulla leva cambio il
cono di allargamento del labbro
(attrezzo cod. 88713.2163) e far

scorrere in sede il paraolio. Eliminare
la loctite in eccesso che si è
eventualmente raccolta sul bordo
della sede.

stato già montato sul carter.

Il paraolio leva cambio deve

Remove any deposits from the
mating surfaces of LH-side casing
and alternator cover and then
degrease.
Fit the two locating bushes.
Apply a thin layer of THREE BOND
liquid gasket onto the cover. Avoid
screw and bush holes.
Lubricate the crankshaft end and
the gear engagement shaft with
grease. If it is still in the cover, make
sure that the seal ring is not
damaged.
Lightly turn the timing rollers in
the lay shaft while fitting the cover
onto the casing to make pump
control shaft fitting easier.
Gently tap with a rubber mallet at
different points of the surface to help
the cover fitting onto shafts
and centering bushes.
Note
If the cover needs to be
removed, use puller 88713.1435,
which should be fitted into the
crankshaft threaded holes.
Fit the retaining screws in
compliance with the indications
given in the table below.

Tighten the retaining screws to
the specified torque.
Apply Loctite 243 on oil seal outer
surface and dampen with alcohol
the sealing lip (as explained in the
general note).
Then fit on the gear change lever
the tool for sealing lip (part no.
88713.2163) and let the oil seal slide
fully home. Remove exceeding
loctite possibly left on the seal seat
edge.
Note
The oil seal for gear change
lever should be fitted on generator
cover once the cover has already
been fitted to the casings.
