Procedere alla revisione dei
componenti l'imbiellaggio:
Biella
La boccola sul piede di biella deve
risultare in buone condizioni e
saldamente piantata nel proprio
alloggiamento.
- Diametro nominale boccola piede
- Gioco di accoppiamento nominale
In caso di usura eccessiva sostituire
la biella.
essere maneggiati con la massima
cura. Anche piccoli urti possono
causare cricche invisibili ad occhio
nudo che producono rotture per
fatica in funzionamento.
Controllare l'errore di parallelismo
rilevato a 100 mm dall'asse
longitudinale della biella. Deve
risultare:
H
H - h inferiore a 0,02 mm
In caso contrario sostituire la biella.
Ogni biella è classificata da due
selezioni A e B, punzonate sulla
testa, riferite all'accoppiamento con
l'albero motore.

Eliminare dal cappello e dallo stelo,
operando con tela abrasiva N. 400
bagnata nel solvente usato per
sgrassare il particolare, le eventuali
segnature prodotte dal retro della
bronzina.

20,040 ÷ 20,045 mm
boccola piede di biella-spinotto:
0,040 ÷ 0,051 mm

I pezzi in titanio devono

as follows:
Connecting rods
The small-end bush must be in good
conditions and securely located into
its seat.
- Nominal diameter of small-end
bush:
20.040 - 20.045 mm
- Small-end bush-gudgeon pin
nominal play:
0.040 - 0.051 mm
If the bush is excessively worn,
change the con-rod.
Warning
Handle titanium parts with
great care. Even minor damage can
cause cracks invisible to the eye that
will lead to fatigue failure during
operation.
Measure the straightness error at
100 mm from the con-rod
longitudinal axis. The straightness
error must be:
H - h less than 0.02 mm
In the event of a greater error,
change the con-rod.
Con-rods are classified, and marked
on their big ends, as two classes, A
and B, indicating their coupling with
the crankshaft.

Using emery cloth N. 400 soaked in
a degreaser, rub away any marks
left by the back of the bearing shell
on the cap and the stem.
