ACCOPPIAMENTO SEGMENTI-
CILINDRO
Infilare il tampone cod. 88765.1316
per la misura delle luci dei segmenti
all'interno del cilindro.
Posizionare i segmenti sopra il
tampone facendo corrispondere la
cava del tampone con la luce del
segmento.
Misurare con uno spessimetro la
luce del segmento.
Il gap così misurato deve essere pari
a:

1° segmento
121.1.105.1A
Raschiaolio
121.1.106.1A
N.B. Se il gioco è insufficiente,
limare il segmento o sceglierne uno
di lunghezza differente.
IMBIELLAGGIO
Scomporre l'imbiellaggio separando
le bielle dall'albero motore.
Importante
Fare attenzione a non
scambiare le bielle tra loro e a
mantenere l'orientamento originale,
con la scritta "PANKL" rivolta verso
l'esterno (estremità albero motore,
cioé visibile ad imbiellaggio chiuso
con bielle affiancate).
Per agevolare i tecnici addetti alla
revisione dei componenti
l'imbiellaggio riportiamo un fac-
simile di "Scheda rilevamento dati",
da utilizzare come documento per la
trascrizione e per l'archivio dei dati
rilevati sul motore.
PISTON RING - CYLINDER
COUPLING
Fit tool part no. 88765.1316 to
measure piston rings gap inside the
cylinder.
Position the piston rings on the tool,
make the tool groove match with
the piston ring gap.
Measure the ring end gap with a
feeler gauge.
The readings should be the
following:
Cylinder section
1st piston ring
121.1.105.1A
0,08÷0,21
Oil scraper ring
121.1.106.1A
0,23÷0,76
N.B. If gap is below the specified
limits, file ring or choose a different
one.
CONNECTING RODS
Remove the connecting rods from
the crankshaft.
Caution
Do not mix up the connecting
rods and reassemble them in their
original positions. Be sure the
"PANKL" wording is facing outwards
(crankshaft end - this means it
should be visible with the
connecting rods reassembled and
lined up side by side).
To facilitate the work of the
mechanic overhauling the con-rods
we have provided the following copy
of a "Data record sheet". Use this
sheet to record and file engine data
measured during work.
