Ricomposizione motore
Engine reassembly
999RS04
Controllare che l'albero motore
ruoti con una certa interferenza sui
cuscinetti di banco, ovvero controlla-
re che il precarico sia sufficiente ad
impedirne la rotazione in qualsiasi
posizione esso venga abbandonato
(in gergo l'albero non deve "cadere").
Ridurre o aumentare la spessorazio-
ne dell'albero a seconda che esso sia
troppo frenato o troppo libero.
Controllare che tutti gli organi
montati ruotino o si spostino

correttamente.
Installare il coperchio (12) di ac-
cesso al filtro a rete con guarnizione.
Bloccare le viti di fissaggio alla
06750.3210
coppia prescritta.
Installare il tappo di scarico (13)
con guarnizione e bloccarlo alla
coppia prescritta.
Lubrificare con olio motore la
guarnizione OR di tenuta ed
installare il filtro a cartuccia,
preventivamente riempito d'olio
motore.
Bloccarlo alla coppia prescritta
utilizzando l'attrezzo 06750.3210
abbinato ad una chiave
dinamometrica.
Ingrassare la guarnizione OR di
tenuta (14).
Inserirla sull'albero secondario del
cambio facendole oltrepassare la
parte zigrinata del cambio stesso
senza danneggiarla.
Inserire il distanziale pignone
catena (15).
Ensure that the crankshaft is
subject to a certain friction onto the
main bearings while turning. This
means that the preload should be
enough so to avoid shaft rotation if it
stops in any position (it should not
"fall down"). Add or remove shims
so to have a properly braked shaft.
Make sure that all parts can turn
or move freely.
Fit the cover (12) protecting the
mesh filter with seal.
Tighten the retaining screws to
the specified torque.
Fit the drain plug (13) with seal
and tighten to the specified torque.
Lubricate the OR seal with engine
oil and fit the cartridge filter -
previously filled with engine oil.
Tighten it to the specified torque
using the tool part no. 06750.3210
and a torque wrench.
Grease the OR seal (14).
Fit the OR seal into the gearbox
secondary shaft. Do not damage the
OR seal while moving over the shaft
knurled section.
Fit the chain sproket spacer (15).
