up the IP address used to connect
from the CallAnalyst PC to the
system.
When using an IP connection,
define the TCP port used for
communicating to the CallAnalyst
(External Device 5 = SMDR,
Entries: 0~65535). This entry must
match the entry made in the CDM
setup with the CallAnalyst
program.
