Enhancements

Speed Dial – Telephone Book feature added with Version 3000 or higher.

Speed Dial – Telephone Book is a part of the Speed Dialing system. A maximum of 100 Telephone

Books is supported per system. Individual extensions can be assigned up to two Telephone Books.

Each Telephone Book can contain up to 300 alphabetical entries. Each of the 100 Telephone Books

can have the 300 entries separated into 20 different Telephone Book Groups providing a quicker search

capability to the user.

For example, Telephone Book 1 represents equipment manufacturer ABC Corporation. The ABC

Corporation is divided into three groups; Sales, Service, and Parts. When a user needs to search the

ABC Corporation Telephone Book for a Sales number, the search from all 300 entries in the ABC

Corporation Telephone Book can be narrowed to the entries in the Sales Group only.

A maximum of 100 Telephone Books is supported.

Each extension in the SV8100 can be assigned two different Telephone books.

Each Telephone Book can contain 20 different Telephone Book Groups.
