The Sections to apply elimination box lists all input sections with a check
box next to each section. Elimination applies to the sections that are
selected. By default, all input sections are selected.
Symbols to keep is a list of symbols to be retained. The linker does not
remove these symbols. If you right-click in this list box, a menu allows you
to:
• Add a symbol by typing in the new symbol name in the edit box at
the end of the list
• Remove the selected symbol
