Replacement
1. Reinstall the components in the reverse order.

REP 12.11 Front Roll Assembly

Removal
Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove the Duplex Assembly
2. Release the tabs and open the Upper Chute Assembly
3. Release the locking tab and remove the Front Belt Stopper
4. Remove the Synchronous Belt from the Pulley
5. Remove the Drive Gear (Figure
6. Use a small screwdriver to release the left and right bearings
7. Lift the Roll Assembly and move it to the left until the right end is free
8. Remove the Front Roll Assembly
