REP 5.1 Paper Handler Assembly

Removal
Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove Tray 1.
2. Remove the Left Interface Cover Assembly
3. Remove the Front Cover Assembly
4. Remove the Left Front Cover (REP
5. Remove the MBF Chute Assembly
6. Using long nose pliers remove Shaft 14 from the Printer
7. Remove Gear 14 (Figure 2).
8. Disconnect P/J43 and P/J42 from the Connector PWB
9. Remove the five screws that secure the Paper Handler Assembly
10. Lift the right end slightly and remove the Paper Handler
