REP 10.15 Mid Roll Assembly

Removal
Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove the Offset Catch Tray (REP
2. Remove the Exit Tray Extension (REP
3. Remove the Exit Tray (REP 10.3).
4. Hold open the Rear Cover.
5. Turn the Offset Catch Tray upside down.
6. Remove the Lower Cover (REP 10.5).
7. Remove the Inner Exit Chute Assembly
8. Remove the Offset Catch Tray PWB
9. Remove the screw that secures the ground plate to the bottom of the Motor Drive Assem-
bly (Figure 1).
10. Remove the three screws that secure the PWB Holder to the Inner Exit Chute Assembly
(Figure 1). Remove the holder.
11. Release the locking tab and remove the Exit Gear and Bearing
12. Remove the E-Ring and Bearing from the other end of the shaft
13. Slide the shaft to the right and remove the left end of the Mid Roll Assembly. Remove the
assembly (Figure 3).

Replacement
1. Reinstall the components in the reverse order.
