Removal
These components are susceptible to electrostatic discharge. Observe all ESD procedures to
avoid damage.
Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove the printer from the 550 Sheet Feeder
2. Remove the Tray from the Feeder.
3. Remove the 550 Sheet Feeder Left Cover
4. Remove the 550 Sheet Feeder Size Harness Assembly
5. Remove the Size Sensor Harness Assembly
6. Remove the Size Sensor Housing (REP
7. Disconnect P/J53 from the Tray 2 Size PWB
8. Remove the two screws that secure the Size PWB to the Size Sensor Housing Assembly
(Figure 1).
9. Remove the Tray 2 Size PWB (Figure

Replacement
1. Reinstall the components in the reverse order.
