This mode takes effect only when the peer supports flow control.
If the flow control mode is set to auto-negotiation mode, the physical status of the
interface cannot be Up if the negotiation fails.
The flow control mode should keep consistent with the peer.

2.3 Displaying and Debugging the Ethernet Interface

You can use the display command in all views to view the running state of the
Ethernet interface, and thus verify the effect of the configuration.
