3.4 Typical Example for Configuring NTP
3.4.1 Configuring the NTP Server
I. Networking Requirements
Configure SecPath 1 clock as NTP master clock, and its stratum to 2. Configure
SecPath 1 as time server of SecPath 2, SecPath 1 works in server mode, and
SecPath 2 works in client mode.

III. Configuration Procedure
1)
Configuring SecPath 1
# Configure the local clock as NTP master clock, and its stratum to 2.
<SecPath1> system-view
[SecPath1] ntp-service refclock-master 2
2)
Configuring SecPath2
# Configure SecPath 1 as time server.
<SecPath2> system-view
[SecPath2] ntp-service unicast-server 1.0.1.11
After the above configuration, SecPath 2 is synchronized to SecPath 1. Before the
synchronization, the status of SecPath 2 is shown below:
