3.4.4 Configuring NTP Multicast Mode

I. Networking Requirements
Configure SecPath 3 clock as NTP master clock, and its stratum to 2. SecPath 3
sends multicast messages through the interface Ethernet 1/0/0. SecPath 4 and
SecPath 1 monitor multicast messages from respective interface Ethernet 1/0/0.
