Debugging information is output under the control of two switches:
Protocol debugging switch
It is used to control whether to output debugging information of a protocol.
Screen output switch
It is used to control whether to output debugging information on a user screen.

Use the debugging command and the undo debugging command in user view and
use the display debugging command in any view.

Debug protocols.
Disable the debugging of protocols.
View debugging.
