SYS-LINK (System Links)
Notes:
a. This error indicates that the link went down. The link may have gone down
or never come up. Enter command status sys-link location and check
the value of the Faulted Path field. If the value is default, then the
link never came up. If the value is present, then the link came up and
then went down.
