8.7.7 Login User

Use this screen to look at a list of the users currently logged into the NXC5200. To access this
screen, click Wireless Controller Management > Monitor > Login User.

8.7.8 Captive Portal

A captive portal intercepts all network traffic, regardless of address or port, until the user
authenticates his or her connection, usually through a specifically designated login Web page.
As an added security measure, the NXC5200 contains captive portal functionality. This means all
web page requests can initially be redirected to a special web page that requires you to
authenticate your session. Once authentication is successful, you can then connect to the rest of
the network or Internet.

DESCRIPTION
This field displays the user name of each user who is currently logged in to the NXC5200.
This field displays the type of each user who is currently logged in to the NXC5200.
This field displays the amount of reauthentication time remaining and the amount of lease
time remaining for each user.
This field displays the way the user logged in to the NXC5200.
This field displays the IP address of the computer used to log in to the NXC5200.
This field displays the NXC5200 which the AP belongs to.
