Job re-schedule

When the transmission error occurs or all redial attempts failed, you can let your
machine hold the command in it's memory as an incomplete job for certain period
with this Job re-schedule feature. And you can re-schedule it to re-send, cancel or
edit.
The available commands for the Job re-schedule feature are:
• Memory transmission
• Broadcast
• Delayed transmission
• F-Code transmission
Note: When this feature is set to On, the Remote copy feature is not available.
Setting the Job re-schedule function

Use the numeric keypad to enter the time with a two-digit number.
Note: Your fax machine can store an incomplete job as long as 24 hours,
after which it automatically erases the job. But if your machine has
plenty of memory, you may want to override the 24-hour limit in order
to keep the job indefinitely. If so, enter 00. If you choose this, you will
have to delete the job manually (see "Reviewing or canceling com-
mands," pages 3.21–3.22).

Remote Copy

This feature tells your fax machine to transfer the same documents you have sent
and/or the received documents automatically to other fax machine registered in the
one-touch or speed dial number.
This feature is convenient for archiving the document transmitted and/or received
using your machine.
Note: F-Code boxes of your machine will be not available when the remote copy
feature is activating.

• OFF — If you want to turn this function off, select "OFF" and go to
step 14.
• Tx Doc. — If you want to transfer only the documents you have sent,
select "Tx Doc.". Your machine will transfer the document(s) to the spec-
ified fax machine after the transmission succeeds.
Note: When the transmission error occurred after some pages were
transmitted, only pages which reached the remote fax will be transferred.
• Rx Doc. — If you want to transfer only the received documents, select
"Rx Doc.". Your machine will transfer the document(s) to the specified
fax machine after printing out the received documents.
• Tx/Rx Doc. — If you want to transfer both documents you have sent
and received, select "Tx/Rx Doc.".
