Printing a list of your Macro keys
Your fax machine can print a list of the Macro keys.
The list includes:
(1) each key's Macro key number
(2) the name of the job stored in the Macro key

Review commands

Your machine can store many commands in its memory.
You can cancel, confirm or edit the command in your machine's memory by pressing

Reviewing or canceling commands
Delayed commands, redial attempts, current fax transmissions and incomplete jobs
are all stored in your fax machine's memory and given a command number, like
"C01."
Your machine can store up to 99 delayed commands. It identifies each by a two-digit
command number from 01 to 99.
To see your machine's stored commands or to cancel them:

mand is to send a broadcast, "Broadcast" appears instead of the phone

If the command is to send a batch transmission, the
number (such as "B01") rather than the command number. (For more informa-
tion of "Batch transmission," see pages 3.12–3.14.)
If the command is for a Call group dialing, the group number (such as "G01")
appears instead of the phone number. (For more information of "Call group
dialing," see pages 3.6–3.7.)
Note: The command for Remote copy cannot be canceled.
