25.7 _DMC_01_get_rm_output_value_error_handle
 FORMAT
I16 PASCAL _DMC_01_get_rm_output_value_error_handle (U16 CardNo, U16 NodeID,
U16 SlotID,U16 port,U16* value)
 Purpose
Retrieves output value of the remote I/O module and determines whether to retain or discard
the value if an error occurs.
