If the therapy is to be terminated but the prescription preserved (excluding
Delayed Start), go to the Pause Menu, select "REPEAT Rx" and press YES
at the "Rx in progress" alert screen.

Selecting "NEW PROGRAM" and the name for the therapy in progress,
instead of "REPEAT Rx", may also be used but this selection will erase the
prescription for the therapy.

Alert:
Unable to enter invalid date or time.
Cause:
Date or time entry is not in a valid format.
Resolution:
Recheck data entry. An invalid date or time will not be accepted.
LCD Display:
"***ALERT *** DELAY START TIME NOT VALID"
Alert:
Delay start time not valid.
Cause:
Delay start time entered is less than one minute or greater than 24 hours from
the current system time.
Resolution:
Reset Delay Start Time to fall within pump limits. (To obtain the current date
and time of the pump, turn the pump o and then on and observe the time on
the Welcome Screen).
LCD Display:
"***ALERT *** DOOR OPEN or SET NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED"
Alert:
Door open or administration set is not properly installed.
Cause:
Door latch is not completely closed or the administration set is not installed
according to installation instructions.
Resolution:
Recheck the door latch assembly and securely close the door. If the door was
closed properly, re-install the set according to the installation instructions.
LCD Display:
"***ALERT *** DOSE AMT IS LESS THAN DOSE INFUSED"
Alert:
Dose amount entered is less than the amount already infused for the dose.
Cause:
New dose value entered is less than the amount already infused for the dose.
Resolution:
Recheck data entry. After the dose in progress nishes, the dose amount may be
changed to the lower value.
If the above is not suitable, re-program the prescription.
LCD Display:
"***ALERT *** DOSE CANCELLED. RESUME INFUSION THEN NEW
DOSE"
