PowerEnable:
0: Switch output stage off.
1: Switch output stage on.
This bit is also used to acknowledge errors. For this purpose, the
value must be changed from 1 to 0.
If the error is no longer present, then the falling edge causes all
channel-specific errors in the local bus status byte to be acknowl-
edged.

If TEACH_ST = 1:
0: Teach-in function is being executed.
1: Teach-in function has been executed successfully.
0: Output stage is deactivated.
1: Output stage is activated.
