erating range, then the dither signal is sim-
ply limited ("chopped"). The dither signal
becomes asymmetrical in the process.

If the dither amplitude exceeds the valid op-
erating range, then the dither amplitude is
automatically reduced so a reduced-ampli-
tude symmetrical dither signal is used.
0 (default) Dither DC correction deactivated
1 Dither DC correction activated
The dither signal is filtered. The DC compo-
nent is then compared to the setpoint speci-
fication. In the event of deviations, this error
component can be tracked. The DC track-
ing is performed by a PID controller.
