4.4.2.8 Current Measurement Function Block

The current is measured via two measurement amplifiers per H-bridge, on the left and
right half bridge.
The parameters are fixed and cannot be changed.

4.4.2.9 Nominal Current Function Block

This function block calculates the setpoint in mA from the setpoint in %. The PA_NOMI-
NAL_CURRENT parameter must be set to the nominal current of the coil specified by the
manufacturer of the connected proportional valve actuator. The parameter value corre-
sponds to a setpoint of 100 %.
The setpoint is specified at a resolution of 0.01 % of the nominal current setting. The
value range extends from −100 % to +100 %. Unless otherwise specified in the parame-
terization, the unit in which the actual value is displayed is mA. The resolution is 0.1 mA
per LSB. The following table illustrates this:
