12. Drag the EDM (External Device Monitoring) block onto the
dialog.
This block controls the dual outputs and monitors for negative
feedback.
a. Connect the output of the Restart to the Monitored input
(lower) of the EDM block.
b. Drag over the Feedback input onto the dialog.
