I/O communication are being performed.

If this indicator status occurred for only specific module
terminals, check that the module communication rate settings
are correct and restart the module.
None - wait for connection to complete.
None - wait for process or configuration to complete.
Replace the module.
Reset the module so that it has a unique node address, and
then restart the module.
Check the following items and restart the module.
Do master and module communication rates match?
Are lengths of cables (trunk and branch lines) correct?
Are cables broken or loose?
Are terminating resistors connected to both ends of the trunk
line only?
Is noise interference excessive?
Check the following items and restart the module.
Do master and module communication rates match?
