10. Check the rollers for wear. If rollers are worn, a
new driven clutch assembly may be needed if there is
damage to the helix.
11. If roller need replacement, remove the E-clip
u
washer retaining each roller.
12. Inspect driven clutch sheave faces for wear or
damage.
13. Clean and inspect the helix and transmission input
shaft splines.
14. Lube splines with a light film of grease. Do not
lubricate the bearings!
