1. Hose Union

3. Insert a new seal in the union nut of the hose union.
4. Screw the union nut of the hose union onto the valve output until hand-tight.
5. Check that the hose, manifold, and valve output are correctly aligned with one another.
6. Firmly tighten both union nuts of the hose using a suitable wrench, without twisting the
hose (do not subject the hose to torsion).
5.4.3 Mounting the contact pressure gauge

Only pressure gauges/contact pressure gauges suitable for this valve type
may be used.

The quick release valve has a non-return valve on the pressure gauge con-
nection so that the pressure gauge/contact pressure gauge can also be
assembled if the extinguishing agent container is pressurized.
